Назначение и описание

EXPEC ICP-MSMS 7350 — новый high-end ICP-MS/MS спектрометр для ультрасследового многоэлементного анализа в сложных матрицах, включая high-salt samples, high-purity reagents, whole blood / serum, semiconductor materials, metallurgy, lithium battery, environmental and food safety applications. Система использует vertical torch design, patented dual RF power supply, true triple quadrupole architecture, right-angle ion optics, third-generation high-speed dynamic collision reaction cell и five-channel collision reaction gas. В отличие от conventional ICP-MS, MS/MS режим с дополнительным quadrupole mass filter перед collision reaction cell контролирует, какие ионы попадают в реакционную ячейку, что снижает by-product interferences и обеспечивает accurate ppt / sub-ppt analysis even in complex matrices. Embedded cylinder design, five-stage vacuum with three turbomolecular pumps, high-salt tolerance mode, online dilution mode и Element V workstation делают прибор production-grade решением для лабораторий, где нужно не просто измерять, а закрывать интерференции на уровне методологии.
